Hours: 6pm-6am, days rotate, must be flexible to work any day of the week

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Greet and assist clients, drivers, and team members with a customer-first approach
*Answer phones and emails
*Schedule appointments and referrals
*Perform data entry, filing, and maintain confidential records
*Process mail, packages, purchase orders, and inventory records
*Prepare reports, correspondence, and meeting materials
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*1 year of clerical/administrative experience
*High School Diploma or GED required
*Typing speed of 50+ WPM
*Proficient in Microsoft Office
*Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and organizational skills
