Pay Range: Targeted pay range of $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may include some weekends)

Position Introduction:

Join the Center for Public Management (OU CPM) at the University of Oklahoma and be part of a team dedicated to making a daily impact in the lives of Oklahomans. Duties of this position are complex and of an advanced nature and include administrative coordination, records management, scheduling, report preparation, correspondence, office procedure management, and initial technical support for staff. Provides first-level assistance with commonly used systems, applications, equipment, user access, and basic troubleshooting.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 36 months administrative support experience

Department Preferences:

• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve routine technical issues involving computer equipment, software applications, system access, and other commonly used office technology.
• Ability to document technical issues, communicate troubleshooting steps clearly, and appropriately escalate unresolved or complex problems to the designated technical support team.
