We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a full-time, onsite position in Norwich, CT. In this versatile Administrative Assistant role, you will run key operational reports and provide vital project support across our accounting, human resources, and manufacturing departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced office and manufacturing environment and is eager to multi-task across different business functions.

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. Starting at $19-$21+/hr depending on position and experience.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Reporting & Analytics: Compile, run, and distribute daily and weekly operational administrative reports to support leadership tracking.
  • Accounting Support: Assist the finance team with basic data entry, invoice tracking, and clerical accounting tasks in Microsoft Office and excel.
  • Human Resources Assistance: Support HR initiatives, including maintaining employee records, onboarding paperwork, and team communications.
  • Manufacturing Project Support: Coordinate documentation, track project timelines, and assist cross-functional teams on the production floor.
  • General Administration: Manage schedules, handle correspondence, and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems in an administrative assistant role and manufacturing environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an administrative support role, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial, or corporate office setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel for data tracking and reporting).
  • Basic understanding of or exposure to accounting principles and HR administrative procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects at once.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
