Position Summary


The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations by handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting leadership with day-to-day activities.


Key Responsibilities


  •  Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries 
  •  Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) 
  •  Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence 
  •  Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and calendars 
  •  Support billing, data entry, and document preparation 
  •  Coordinate office activities and supplies 
  •  Assist with client intake and basic customer service 
  •  Work closely with management to support daily operations 
Qualifications


  •  High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred) 
  •  Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role 
  •  Strong organizational and multitasking skills 
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication 
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  •  Experience with QuickBooks, ADP, or CRM systems is a plus 
  •  Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
