Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You Will Do:

+ Confirm paperwork with drivers to ensure accuracy and completeness

+ Welcome drivers and customers in a professional and courteous manner

+ Provide general administrative support to individuals, teams, and business processes

+ Perform routine office tasks including data entry, basic analysis, report preparation, and handling correspondence

+ Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is properly filed and accessible

+ Assist with basic billing and invoicing tasks

+ Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and adherence to established procedures

+ Contribute to the overall efficiency, effectiveness, and professionalism of the team

+ Work under direct supervision while making independent decisions within established policies and guidelines

+ Plan, organize, and schedule daily work activities to ensure timely completion of tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

+ Strong organizational and time management skills

+ Basic math skills

+ Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and email

+ Analytical and problem-solving abilities

+ Ability to interact politely and professionally with customers and coworkers

+ Commitment to safety: follow all safety policies and procedures, promote safe behavior, and proactively address unsafe conditions

+ Ability to work more than 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week as business needs require

Physical Demands:

+ Must be able to pass a drug screen

Preferred Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ 5+ years of experience in an administrative role preferred
