Responsibilities:
A Bit About the Role
Must be motivated and reliable, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Posess strong understanding of the importance of creating and maintaining positive relationships within your department and the company overall
Must also be able to work independently with strong multitasking, time-management, and prioritization skills
Provide administrative support including a wide variety of duties comprising of:
Answering phones, data entry, scanning, managing correspondence, management of daily calendar, scheduling on/off site meetings
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support or office assistant role
Minimum of 2 years experience in property management or similiar experience
3 years experience in drafting legal documents, preferred
Strong job tenure, with a history of sustained employment with prior employers
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Great attention to detail in typing and proofing written materials
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while working on multiple projects
Strong phone voice and communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
In-Office Monday-Friday (not remote)
