We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant for our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in owning their work, enjoys creating structure and efficiency, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a key role in shaping the daily experience of employees, visitors, and partners. You'll help keep operations running smoothly, build strong working relationships, and contribute to a culture rooted in integrity, ingenuity, craftsmanship, safety, and connection.

Consistent follow-through on tasks and responsibilities, supporting smooth daily operations and team success
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); additional software experience is a plus
Proven experience supporting administrative, office coordination, or similar functions in a professional environment
High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and applied experience
The majority of the time you will work in a typical office environment. Occasionally, you may travel to a construction job site. When on construction job sites you will encounter typical construction conditions including extreme temperatures, noise, dust, mud debris, welding, leading edge, trenching, and shoring, sometimes in a confined space. You may be required to visit multiple locations during any one day.

Salary Range: $24.51 - $33.17/hour
