Job Duties & Responsibilities
-Process and close completed job orders while ensuring all documentation is accurate and organized.
-Manage the invoicing process, including entering quotes, generating invoice numbers, maintaining customer information, and converting quotes into invoices using QuickBooks.
-Organize, track, file, and prepare job documentation and completed job packets.
-Support daily office and operational activities, including scheduling, purchase orders, and administrative functions.

Required Skills & Experience
-Experience using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel in an administrative or operations support role.
-Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
-Proficiency working in a Windows 11 environment.
-Highly organized, dependable, and interested in a long-term career opportunity.
Preferred Skills & Experience
-Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, industrial, construction, or service-based environments.
-Interest in career advancement into an Operations Manager role.
