Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide Quality Assurance administrative support to the WPB Area Office. This role involves a mix of office management, administrative coordination, and project support responsibilities, requiring the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and Quality Assurance support to the WPB Area Office
- Manage office operations including budgeting support, payroll coordination, and personnel records
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics
- Conduct research and assist in preparing briefing charts, reports, and presentation materials
- Work independently on assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
