We Are Hiring:

Location: Panama City, Florida

Facility: Ascension Sacred Heart Panama City

Department: Employee Education

Schedule: Days | Part - Time

What You Will Do:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for assigned programs by preparing and distributing professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.

  • Schedule, organize, and support preparations for meetings, conferences, and special events.

  • Compile, enter, and verify data across computer databases—identifying and correcting discrepancies—while establishing and maintaining organized filing systems.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact by greeting visitors, handling general phone inquiries, and managing office inventory and supplies.

What You Will Need:

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences:
  • Excel savvy
  • Google applications a must drive, email and slides
  • Admin experience preferred.
