CentiMark, the leading commercial roofing and flooring contractor is looking for a dynamic, detail orientated person to help with the execution of all reporting, monthly analytics, database growth, data entry and other initiatives.

What You'll Be Up To

• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team throughout the organization.
• Run monthly reports using Salesforce and Excel.
• Compile correspondence and presentations of monthly analytics.
• Help with the execution of outbound email initiatives.
• Research market segments and other daily sales support activities.
• Data entry into Salesforce for database growth, customer maintenance and lead generation.
• Provide back-up to the Executive Assistant as required.
• Work on ad hoc projects as requested.
• Perform clerical duties as requested and manage the day-to-day needs of the office.
• Manage confidential information.

• Must have 3-5 years administrative experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Pardot or similar CRM and marketing automation solutions.
• Advanced experience with Excel.
• Must have strong data entry skills and highly detail-oriented.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently or collaboratively with other departments.
• Excellent communication, follow-up and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
