At Circle of Care, we believe that every family deserves support. We're looking for a passionate Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and program support for the Frances E. Willard (FEW) campus in Tulsa, OK. If you're driven by purpose, committed to making a difference, and encouraged by supporting the needs of a non-profit this could be for you.

Your Impact: What You'll Do
  • Support campus staff, clients and guests.
  • Inventory, order, and maintain office supplies for FEW campus staff.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and track building cleaning duties.
  • Assist with planning and set-up for staff meetings, campus events, and community gatherings.
  • Assist with purchasing supplies and securing needed items for families and program operations.
  • Provide transportation support for clients using a company vehicle, ensuring safe and timely travel.
  • Provide and supervise childcare for Circle of Care clients during meetings, groups, or appointments, ensuring a safe, age-appropriate, and engaging environment.
  • Maintain client records.
  • Ensure campus safety inspections and safety drills.

What You Bring

Required:

  • Associates degree in business or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative position
  • Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings
  • Possess a valid Oklahoma driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass background check, pre-employment drug screening, and physical
  • Minimum age 21 years old
