To support the functions of the office in which assigned which impact the operation of the district, building, staff, parents and students under the supervision of administration.
1.Managing incoming and outgoing communication to the office assigned to through visitors, phone calls, email and written correspondence. 2.Using computer to produce correspondence, reports, forms, memoranda, and other written documentation. 3.Ordering and maintaining supplies for the office and/or department. 4.Maintain accurate attendance reporting using the Subfinder system. 5.Completion of tasks required for the functioning of the individual office assigned to which will include but not be limited to processing of paperwork required by or for students, processing of paperwork and correspondence to parents and the community and acting as a liaison between staff and administrators related to building needs. 6.Maintaining calendar of supervising administrator. 7.Support of the organization and facilitation of statewide testing to include MCAS, PSAT, and SATs. 8.Support of the transition process to include transfer of records and organization of events for students and parents. 9.Organization and support of building events as assigned to include the management of building utilization through School Dude. 10.Support and maintain budget records through the collection of funds where assigned and processing of requisitions and purchase orders. 11.Collaboration with central office administrators for budget, state reporting and student services need. 12.All other duties assigned by supervising administrator specific to the needs of the individual department or building.
