Support Growth. Create Organization. Help Build a Legacy.

Sunchase Companies is a real estate investment, development, and operating company focused on acquiring, renovating, developing, and operating multifamily communities throughout the Gulf Coast.

As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Investment Officer and help keep the Sunchase Team operating efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, managing details with precision, and creating systems that allow others to perform at their highest level.

This is an opportunity to work alongside company leadership, gain exposure to commercial real estate investing and development, and play an important role in supporting the continued growth of Sunchase Companies.

The Role

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO). This individual will coordinate schedules, organize documentation, prepare meeting materials, and assist with the daily administrative needs of the Sunchase Team.

Reporting directly to the CIO, this person will become a trusted resource responsible for ensuring administrative operations run smoothly while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CIO's calendar by coordinating meetings, appointments, and internal team schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings with investors, lenders, vendors, consultants, and internal team members.
  • Organize meeting logistics, conference rooms, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for investment and project documentation.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, supporting materials, and presentation packets.
  • Record meeting notes when requested and track follow-up action items.
  • Assist with incoming communications and draft routine correspondence.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidential investment, financial, and project records.
  • Assist with departmental events, training sessions, and special projects.
  • Help maintain contact databases, project tracking systems, and administrative resources.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 12 months, this individual will:

  • Become the trusted administrative partner to the Chief Investment Officer.
  • Create efficient systems that improve organization across the Sunchase Team.
  • Ensure meetings, documentation, and communications are consistently organized and well executed.
  • Anticipate administrative needs before they become problems.
  • Build strong relationships across departments while maintaining exceptional professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
  • 2–4 years of administrative assistant, office management, or similar experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Experience supporting finance, real estate, investment, or professional services teams is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Sunchase Companies is committed to attracting exceptional talent and offers a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications.

Benefits May Include:

  • $45,000 - $55,000
  • Performance-Based Bonus Opportunity
  • Health Insurance and Life Insurance
  • Paid Time Off
  • Professional Development Opportunities

Why Sunchase

This is more than an administrative role.

It's an opportunity to become a trusted member of a growing real estate and investment company, work alongside experienced leadership, and help create the organization and structure that supports meaningful growth.

If you're someone who takes pride in creating order, solving problems, and helping others succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
