ADMINISTRATIVE/PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Working under the supervision of the busy CEO/Owner, the full time Administrative Assistant oversees and manages all day-to-day office procedures. Must be able to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment set priorities appropriately, and work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Oversee all aspects of general office coordination.
. Maintains office calendar to coordinate meetings for CEO/Owner.
. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and restaurant information.
. Interact with employees, vendors, and visitors in a professional manner.
. Answer telephones and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
. Open, sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and emails to the appropriate employees.
. Perform general clerical duties including, but limited to, copying, faxing, mailing & filing.
. Create and modify documents such as memos, letters, and financial statements.
. Assist in special events such as fundraising activities, milestone celebrations, and communication liaison.
. May provide limited administrative support to other team members via e-mail and phone.
. Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed.
. Other duties as required; including payee responsibilities, trip booking responsibilities; etc, drive to locations and pick up monies for deposit.

. Knowledge of general office procedures
. Punctual, regular and consistent attendance is required.
. Strong work ethic do what needs to be done; there's work to do it needs to get done.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
. Only qualified persons need apply.
. 3-5 years of related experience in an administrative position.
. High School diploma or equivalent, some college required or associate degree.
. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
. Excellent organizational skills to included coordination of several complex meetings
. Coordination of meeting scheduling
. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Direct Placement
Pay: $20.00/hour-$25.00/hour (depending upon experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9-5pm with a 30 minute lunch (35 hours weekly)
