Applying Pressure, LLC is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to manage daily job scheduling, crew assignments, and communication between clients and field staff.
Responsibilities:
• Receive and organize incoming service requests
• Maintain company scheduling calendar
• Assign jobs to crews based on location and availability
• Send daily job details to crews
• Confirm appointments with clients
• Coordinate emergency and same-day requests
• Track job completion status
• Communicate scheduling updates to management
• Maintain scheduling records and job notes
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Google Calendar, email, and spreadsheets
• Property management or service industry experience preferred
Position Details:
• Part-time (10–15 hours per week)
• Flexible remote schedule
• Occasional evening availability for emergencies
