We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a national client services team with a flexible, hybrid or remote work setup in any state with an office.
Key duties include
- Scheduling and managing confidential meetings and complex calendars
- Coordinating team communications, project tracking, and document management
- Assisting with project implementation, data entry, and clerical support
- Providing administrative support for legal services as needed
Qualifications include - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years law firm experience, familiarity with document management and MS Office tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
