Responsibilities:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for answering our main operator line and routing calls appropriately, booking company travel for employees, and handling an array of tasks as needed and assigned by the VP and/or the Director of Operations. The Administrative Assistant must possess excellent computer and organizational skills, have a positive attitude, and be willing to learn and assume new tasks quickly in an ever-changing, fast paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer the main operator phone line using the Ring Central program
  • Booking company travel for all CLC East employees as needed
  • Ordering, maintaining stock, and shipping uniforms
  • Maintaining the company phone list, assigning and shipping devices, and troubleshooting mobile phones for employees (training provided)
  • Accepting front desk deliveries from FedEx, UPS, Amazon, etc.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of previous experience in reception or administrative assistance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook and ability to learn new software.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with strong attention to detail.
