JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Greet and direct clients, drivers and team members
*Make appointments and referrals
*Answers phones calls and emails
*Perform data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files
*Receive, record and distribute packages and mail
*Compile budget data and maintain financial records
*Copy, collate and prepare reports for mailings, meetings and other correspondence
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*1 year of clerical work experience
*High School Diploma/GED
*Able to type at least 50 WPM
*Proficient in Microsoft Office
*Must read, write, speak and understand English
