Administrative Assistant-Potterfield Group

As a MidwayUSA Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for administrative support to all members of the Potterfield Group, LLC.

About the Role

• Coordinate all travel arrangements for MidwayUSA and all Group members
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and the running of personal and business errands
• Coordinate and organize industry and family social events
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized office area
• Create and maintain all property files

About You

• You will have a bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred)
• You will have strong organizational skills and be a self-starter
• You will have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Photoshop
• You will have the ability to troubleshoot simple computer, printer issues
• You will have the ability to maintain an elevated level of confidentiality and professionalism
• You will have strong office, event and social organizational skills
• You will have the ability and desire to learn and implement new ideas
• You will be a team player with a positive attitude
