Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Easton, MD
Hire Type: Direct
Compensation: Upt to $23/hr

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional looking to build administrative experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform general administrative and clerical duties
· Prepare, print, organize, and distribute documents as needed
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
· Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases
· Conduct online research and compile information for projects and reports
· Assist with ordering office supplies and project materials
· Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
· Keep track of supplies and expenses for office and projects
· Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects
· Answer phones and provide professional customer service when required
Qualifications
· 0–2 years of administrative or office support experience
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working in a professional office environment
· Familiarity with data entry and document management systems
