Position: Administrative Assistant - Property Management Office

Location: Great Neck, NY

Company/Industry: Well-established residential property management firm

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm In-Office Only

Salary: $20-28 per hour for entry level; higher for candidates with MDS/Spire experience

Type: Direct Hire with benefits

Main responsibilities:

  • Tenant Relations - Serve as the main contact for tenant questions, concerns, and maintenance requests.
  • Work Order Coordination - Enter and track maintenance requests in MDS/Spire and coordinate with supers and vendors.
  • Administrative Support - Maintain organized files, compliance documents, and general office operations.
  • Accounts Assistance - Help monitor rent payments, delinquencies, and generate basic notices/reports.
  • Manager Support - Assist property managers with daily tasks, reporting, projects, and tenant matters.
Qualifications
  • Administrative or customer service experience required (property management experience a plus)
  • Experience with MDS or Spire property management software is a big plus!
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast?paced environment

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $28.00
