Administrative Assistant – Property Management & Owner Services We are currently seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant – Property Management & Owner Services to join a highly successful Real Estate Investment Management (REIT) company located in Wake County, NC. The Administrative Assistant – Property Management & Owner Services will manage a high volume of phone calls and emails, respond to inquiries from internal/external parties, update and maintain data in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel, and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have 0-1+ years of administrative assistant, office support, customer service, or related experience.
This is a 6-month contract position, paying between $21-$22/hour (depending on experience). This position supports a hybrid work-model, consisting of 3 on-site days and 2 remote days per week.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Property Management and Owner Services team.
Manage a high volume of phone calls and emails from internal and external parties.
Understand and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution. Escalate to management as necessary.
Update and maintain accurate records in Salesforce (CRM) and Microsoft Excel.
Receive, sort, scan, and redirect incoming mail and emails to appropriate parties and into Salesforce (CRM).
Scan and upload documentation, including renewal notices, leases, vendor changes, amendments, and landlord notification letters.
Support process improvement efforts to enhance day-to-day operations.
Provide additional support as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (required).
0-1+ years of administrative assistant, office support, customer service, or related experience (including internships).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Previous Salesforce or similar CRM experience a plus, but not required.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while ensuring timeliness and accuracy in daily operations.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and take initiative.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Eager to learn and contribute to team objectives.
