We are a fast-paced, client-focused immigration law firm dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate important life transitions. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and compassionate Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to join our Riverhead office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and manage a high-volume front desk
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments
- Conduct client intakes (in person and over the phone)
- Process payments and maintain daily reports
- Scan and upload documents into our case management system (Cerenade)
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- 1–2 years of office or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with diverse communities
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Alternating Saturdays 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
