Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

We are seeking a dependable and professional Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. This role is essential to daily operations and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong typing, data entry, and 10-key skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism in communication
  • Comfortable handling phones, including multi-line systems
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer daily
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information
Job Duties
  • Greet visitors and provide excellent front-desk customer service
  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls; take messages and manage communications
  • Maintain calendars and assist with scheduling
  • Enter and process timesheets and assist with basic data entry
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal teams
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, tracking, and related paperwork
  • Support purchasing by placing orders, tracking deliveries, and following up with vendors
  • Perform general office support tasks including filing, labeling, mail distribution, and maintaining supplies
  • Assist with job setup updates and internal notices
  • Help coordinate travel arrangements and packets
  • Provide occasional pickup/delivery of materials
Schedule
  • Monday – Friday
  • 7:30 AM – 4:15 PM
  • Includes a 45-minute lunch and two paid 10-minute breaks
  • On-site position (not remote)
Rate of Pay
  • Starting at $20.00 per hour
Assignment Details
This position is a minimum of 3+ months, with the opportunity to become long-term for the right fit. Additional requirements may be required if a long-term placement is offered.
