\nHelp Build a High-Performance Business

\nWe operate multiple companies and are constantly looking for better, faster, and more efficient ways to serve our clients. We need someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and enjoys making things run smoothly.
\nWhat You’ll Be Doing

\nResponsibilities include:
\n● Processing insurance applications from start to finish.
\n● Assisting executives with scheduling, organization, and project management.
\n● Managing client communications with professionalism and urgency.
\n● Creating systems that improve efficiency and organization.
\n● Utilizing AI tools and software to automate repetitive work and increase productivity.
\n● Working within GoHighLevel, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other business software.
\n● Coordinating projects across multiple companies.
\n● Helping identify operational improvements and business growth opportunities.
\n● Assisting with occasional executive personal tasks when needed.
\n● Maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive financial and client information.
\nQualifications
\nWe’re looking for someone who possesses the following:
\n● 3–5 years of experience processing insurance applications.
\n● Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
\n● Experience using CRM software such as GoHighLevel or similar platforms.
\n● Comfortable learning and implementing AI tools to improve workflows.
\n● Strong organizational and project management skills.
\n● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
\n● High attention to detail.
\n● Ability to efficiently manage and multitask multiple priorities at once without constant supervision.
\n● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\n● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
\n● Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and energetic approach to work.
\nExperience with programming, automation, APIs, or workflow integrations is a significant advantage but is not required.
\nThe Person We’re Looking For
\nYou are someone who naturally notices inefficiencies and wants to improve them. You don’t wait to be told what needs to be done—you anticipate needs, solve problems, and follow through.
\nYou enjoy learning new technology, embrace AI, communicate well with clients, and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. You bring energy and enthusiasm to your role, are comfortable working independently when needed, and also thrive in a collaborative group setting.
