Administrative Assistant

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Admin Assistant for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Ridgefield, CT 06877. Details for the position are as follows:

Pay Rate : $26.85 Hourly  - HYBRID

Title :  Admin Assistant
Duration :5+ Months assignment, possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
Location: 900 RIDGEBURY RD BLDG AOB - Ridgefield, CT 06877
Work hours: 8AM- 5PM Mon-Fri.

Overview:

• This role will be responsible for providing general administrative support to one or more managers.
• Assisting in special assignments and projects
• This role will also be responsible for organization and maintenance of department filing system including potentially confidential data
• Preparing and organizing clerical reports and documentation to ensure accuracy and support daily business operations.
• Other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma Required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Timeline tracking and project management experience Preferred
