Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years experience in office environment and preferably performing as an administrative assistant
• Must have knowledge of administrative procedures
• Proficient use of applicable technology
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally

The Risk & Advisory Services group offers consulting, outsourcing and co-sourcing services to public and private companies of all sizes by providing national caliber expertise combined with highly personalized service. Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• Office Administration: greet guests kitchen needs, mail and shipping, filing, phones
• Maintain overall office organization and cleanliness
• Events & meeting coordination (food orders, conference room coordination, travel arrangements, etc.)
• Use Concur to assist with expense reports and booking travel
• Assist with PowerPoint presentations
• Assist with ongoing purchases (business cards, IT equipment, office supplies)
• Assist with content creation, organizing, and sending departmental announcements
• Assist with the time and expense review process
• Tracking and submission of accounts payable
• Tracking of engagement letters and SOWs
• Completion of new vendor setup forms

Preferred Qualifications

• Learn the work processes of the organization to anticipate needs in advance
• Ability to problem-solve and offer solutions upon request
• Able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
• Able to maintain flexibility in working with multiple projects in process at a time
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft suite applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams
• Initiative and foresight to offer assistance to others if workload allows
• Maintain professional appearance and communication style
• Ability to hold information that must remain confidential
