Job Details
Duration: 3 months, with a chance to extend
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm onsite (manager may allow some flexibility)
Pay: $40–$45 per hour, based on experience
Handle invoices: submit them to Accounting, keep payment logs updated, and follow up on any outstanding items
Update and organize department documents, forms, templates, and electronic files
Manage DocuSign: send documents for signature, track routing, and file completed copies
Scan, save, and organize insurance documents (Certificates of Insurance, endorsements, bonds, etc.) and help track renewals
Maintain department spreadsheets and databases for insurance, claims, litigation, vendors, and Legal Tracker
Prepare and send weekly reports, dashboards, and other regular updates
Assist with surety bond requests and keep related records organized
Organize and file department records in SharePoint and other electronic systems
Collect documents from vendors, brokers, consultants, and internal teams; follow up when needed
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, prepare meeting materials, and monitor shared inboxes
Support special projects and provide general administrative help to the Legal & Risk Management team
