- Ordering office supplies and maintaining the workspace
- Greeting visitors and supporting meetings
- Performing administrative tasks such as filing, calling, faxing, scanning, emailing, and data entry
- Assisting the CEO with transportation of children
- Taking on additional duties as assigned
