Provides administrative support to the Vice President, Residential Operations, and rental management team

Maintains paper and electronic filing systems

Processes rent, leasing, insurance, collections and new and departing tenant paperwork

Actively seeks out ways to streamline processes suggests creative solutions for current obstacles

Provides excellent customer service to both internal and external parties

Job Skills

Bachelor's degree, or Associates degree plus equivalent work experience

2+ years' experience in an office setting, preferably in accounting and/or property management

Experience with Yardi (preferred)

Microsoft Office proficiency (required)

Superior communication/presentation skills

Professional demeanor with a demonstrated positive outlook

Proven ability to lead change, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
