Front Desk Receptionist & Marketing Coordinator
Full-Time | Professional Office Environment
We are seeking a polished, energetic, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the face of an organization while also contributing creatively through marketing, social media, and promotional support.
The right candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable balancing customer service with creative and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and create a welcoming first impression
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Serve as phone coverage support for apartment communities when on-site managers are out of the office
Respond to leasing inquiries and route calls appropriately
Make outgoing calls to clients, prospects, vendors, or leads
Manage front desk operations and general office support
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination
Manage and update company social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Create simple marketing collateral including postcards, flyers, email graphics, and promotional materials
Assist with community outreach, resident events, and marketing campaigns
Maintain marketing materials and office presentation standards
Support leadership team with administrative and marketing projects
Qualifications
Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Comfortable handling incoming and outgoing phone communication
Experience with social media platforms and basic marketing tools
Ability to focus to complete tasks in designated area
Ability to create simple designs using Canva or similar program
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
