Now hiring Administrative Assistant

Location: Ruston, LA

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour | Based on experience

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You Bring to the Table.

• Previous administrative experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

From Clock In to Clock Out.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Manage front desk and greet visitors promptly and courteously
• Handle filing, maintain organized records, and process documentation
• Prepare deposits and assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Enter and track work orders accurately
• Open and distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing correspondence
• Perform other general administrative duties as assigned
