Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing and organizing sales documents and reports.

• Assist with order paperwork, data entry, and maintaining accurate customer and product records.

• Generate, review, and distribute inventory reports to support operational and sales activities.

• Coordinate and track documentation related to sales orders and inventory movement.

• Support communication between internal departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Sales Assistant, or Sales Support role.

• Strong inventory management or inventory reporting experience required.

• Familiarity with sales processes, order management, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
