Seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support the President & CEO in a remote/hybrid role with statewide and national travel.
Responsibilities include managing calendars, drafting correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, supporting multiple entities, maintaining records, and providing operational support.
Must be organized, discreet, and able to handle complex priorities across diverse teams.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree (preferred), 3-5 years supporting senior leaders, strong communication, tech proficiency (Google Workspace, MS Office, project management tools), and ability to work independently.
Bilingual skills, healthcare or community-based experience are a plus.
Compensation ranges from $25–$32/hr with benefits, PTO, and travel reimbursement.
