Resource's typical working day:
- Support Office Services Operations Assist in maintaining smooth day-to-day office functions, including coordinating with facilities, vendors, and internal teams as needed.
- Set Up and Maintain Conference Rooms Ensure meeting rooms are properly set up before scheduled meetings, including arranging furniture, checking equipment, and replenishing supplies.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull boxes and carts.
- Must be able to handle/lift loads of up to 50 lbs or more as part of regular job duties.
- Handle Incoming and Outgoing Mail Manage the distribution of incoming mail and packages, and coordinate shipments.
- Provide General Administrative Support Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, supply inventory, and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Must Have Skills:
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Organized

Years of Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in office environment
Education: GED /HS
Software skills:
- Basic computer function
- Microsoft Suite
