We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a small, fast-paced office. This position includes a mix of general administrative duties and basic accounting support. Approximately half of the role will focus supporting the president of the company and the other half handling office tasks and assisting the accounting team. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
General office administration including filing, scanning, organizing documents, and maintaining office order
Answering phones and directing calls professionally
Processing invoices and supporting basic accounting functions
Data entry using Excel and QuickBooks
Office supply management
Event and office support such as coordinating small celebrations and birthdays
Providing day-to-day support to the company President and internal teams
Qualifications
At least one year of administrative or clerical experience
Strong Excel proficiency including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Positive, flexible, team-oriented attitude
