Our client is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join their team!
Schedule: 1 st shift Mon-Fri
Type of Job: Temp to hire
Responsibilities:
- Take care of orders by tracking, closing, and maintaining accurate records within SAP
- Support preventative service programs by scheduling, preparing, and distributing routine maintenance documentation
- Process, review, and code vendor invoices in alignment with internal accounting and service budgets
- Prepare weekly internal communications by gathering updates from stakeholders and maintaining presentation materials for leadership and staff updates
- Other tasks as requested
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office required; strong Excel skills specifically are required
- Experience with SAP required
- Strong attention to detail
