Seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones professionally and directing calls appropriately
- Taking detailed notes and transcribing information for executive use
- Managing correspondence and communication logs
- Coordinating and maintaining multiple calendars
- Sending reminders for meetings, deadlines, and upcoming events
- Assisting with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Problem-solving and handling conversations confidently, even when full information is not immediately available
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 months of secretary/administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and logical thinking skills
- High Computer Literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and initiative-driven
- Able to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of thinking ahead and staying organized under pressure
- Event production knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly
