The Administrative Assistant to the Administration/Faculty provides support to the Coordinator of Pastoral Formation, other program coordinators, faculty and other administrators. Some primary duties include creating the Weekly Bulletin; preparing the agenda and materials for, and recording the minutes of, faculty meetings; communicating needs to the library, bookstore, media center, and physical plant; assisting the Academic Dean with special projects; overseeing the postal operations for the Seminary; and using the University booking system to reserve Seminary locations and request services. The Administrative Assistant to the Administration/Faculty performs such additional duties as assigned by the Coordinator of Pastoral Formation and the Rector.

Knowledge or ability to learn the following software skills and platforms: Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, One Drive, etc.), SharePoint, Canvas, Jenzabar (J1), MS Teams telephone system, Event Pro, and FMX.
Proficiency in English language, grammar, syntax, punctuation and proofreading.
Salary Range: $16.50 - $17.17/hour
(Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications.)
