Summary:

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who has great attention to detail, great customer service skills, works fast paced and has the skills to complete the job functions listed below.

Reports to: PC Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Experience and competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Knowledge of general accounting principles

• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

1-3 years of back-office/clerical experience.

Working Conditions:

Working conditions will be standard to an office environment.

Essential Job Functions:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform administrative tasks for office staff. This includes, but is not limited to typing, photocopying, mailings, and faxing.

• Assist with filing as needed

• Back up to receptionist

• Assist with special projects as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Ability to operate ten-key calculator.

• Ability to write letters and numbers legibly.

• Math skills that include calculating percentages, decimals (.1, .01. .001) and discount multipliers.

• Ability to answer telephones and provide courteous, prompt and efficient service to clients and vendors.

• Ability to meet specific daily deadlines with possible frequent interruptions.

• Ability to work at a computer workstation for an extended period of time (up to 8 hours a day).

• Ability to follow written instructions.

• Ability to effectively proof documents for errors and proper completion.
