As an Administrative Assistant at our Spanish Lake location, you will provide general administrative support to our office, including maintaining the waiting room, greeting clients, staff, and visitors, and managing phone calls. Additionally, you will support our leadership team and therapists based out of this location with administrative needs.

This Position:
We are interested in Administrative Assistants with at least a High School diploma/equivalent.
Please note: Our office is open in the evening to best serve our clients when they''re available, so this role does include evening hours of 12pm-8pm. Please only apply if you are able to work this schedule.
We''re looking for someone who is proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite. Must have excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills. Previous clerical experience is helpful. Driver''s License (or ability to obtain one) is required.
This is an hourly position with starting pay at $18/hour.
