The Pine Street team is seeking a friendly, team-driven person to fill a full-time administrative assistant position. The administrative assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the Pine Street behavioral health clinic.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and greet guests
  • Coordinate electronic health record calendar and schedule appointments for service providers
  • Maintain appearance and cleanliness of office and common areas
  • Inventories and purchases office supplies
  • Maintains computer databases and records
  • Maintains program records in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards
  • Manages special projects for the Program Director as needed
Requirements:
  • high school diploma or equivalency
  • computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • detail-oriented and organized
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong interpersonal, customer relations skills

Schedule Detail: This is a full-time role, 40 hours a week. Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
