Description

This role is responsible for maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment while supporting day-to-day operations, circulation, events, and special projects. This role is highly hands-on and service-oriented, serving as a key point of contact for staff, visitors, office vendors, and partners. This position ensures the office runs smoothly, supports company culture, and assists leadership with operational and administrative needs.

Requirements

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
  • Happily greet and assist all visitors
  • Monitor, forecast and purchase office supplies and run other errands as needed
  • Oversee building-related needs and coordinate upkeep
  • Support weekly and monthly staff meetings, holiday events, and #417culture initiatives
  • Own the circulation CRM system, including subscriber data entry, deposits and system maintenance
  • Serve as customer relations contact for subscriber questions
  • Light bookkeeping
  • Manage merchandise inventory, online shopping platform, and order fulfillment
  • Support to all directors as needed
  • Additional duties as required


The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, have a strong attention to detail, demonstrate good judgment and the ability to evaluate tasks and prioritize effectively.

3+ years of comparable on-the-job experience is required.
