Employee to perform administrative duties in the Claims department. Answering phones (dealing with internal/external customers, and insurance companies, use of Law Manager, Serengeti, iManage, running reports, typing up routine letters, scanning, faxing, preparing FEDEX's, and provide secretarial duties to the litigation attorney. Proofreading and accuracy are important. A lot of data entry - working with figures. Previous experience in a law office a plus.
