About the Administrative Assistant Role


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our professional staff. You'll be essential in maintaining client relationships and facilitating seamless communication across departments.

  • Pay from $22-$26/hr.
  • Flexible schedule Monday - Friday 9-5, dependant on your availability & time of year.

Daily Responsibilities


  • Respond to client and staff inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and organize office documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
  • Support event planning and execution for office events and client meetings.

Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ Years experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - primarily Word, Outlook & Excel
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.

Additional Qualifications


  • Prior experience in an administrative role or similar setting is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is beneficial.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
