ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Office. This role goes beyond traditional admin work — you’ll act as a key partner to the Executive Assistant, helping manage shifting priorities, streamline processes, and keep high-level operations running smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Assistant and CEO
Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination across multiple stakeholders
Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets with heavy Excel usage
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Assist with project coordination across departments
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest process improvements
Support ad hoc requests and quickly pivot between competing priorities
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
2+ years of administrative or executive support experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Windows-based systems
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
