    Job Title: Administrative Business Support Coordinator

    Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite)

    Rate: $34.00 hourly

    Duration: Through 6/30/2027


    We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Business Support Coordinator to provide operational, administrative, and business support for a team focused on cloud infrastructure and data storage operations. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations through calendar management, travel coordination, onboarding support, expense management, event planning, and office logistics. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and successfully manage multiple priorities while supporting business leaders and stakeholders.


    Required Skills & Qualifications

    Experience

    • Administrative or business support experience in a professional environment.
    • Experience supporting leaders, teams, or business operations.
    • Experience working in a large corporate or technology-focused environment preferred.

    Assessment Process

    Key Responsibilities

    Administrative Support

    • Provide comprehensive calendar management and scheduling support.
    • Coordinate and manage a high volume of meetings and business activities.
    • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for team members.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for administrative and operational requests.
    • Manage procurement requests for equipment, supplies, and business needs.

    Travel & Expense Management

    • Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and process expense reports and reimbursement requests.
    • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of business expenses.

    Event & Meeting Coordination

    • Plan and execute team meetings, morale events, and business activities.
    • Manage meeting logistics, communications, agendas, and follow-up actions.
    • Coordinate both virtual and onsite events.

    Office & Space Operations

    • Support office space planning and workplace logistics.
    • Manage PC inventory tracking and related equipment coordination.
    • Assist with facilities-related requests and operational needs.

    Communication Support

    • Triage inboxes and business communications to maintain responsiveness.
    • Coordinate information flow between stakeholders and business partners.
    • Ensure timely follow-through on action items and requests.
