Administrative Assistant

Talento Search Group has an opening for an Administrative Assistant in the Talladega, Alabama area.  This is a direct-hire position, and the pay range is about $15-16 per hour, depending on experience.  This is Not a remote position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic accounting and HR projects
• Send weekly statements to customers
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Maintain W-9 information, payment terms, and vendor information
• Prepare spreadsheets
• Maintain office filing system
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure invoices are being processed correctly

Experience Needed:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong phone and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Superior phone etiquette 
• Excellent data entry skills to quickly and accurately input information.
