Administrative Assistant
As an Administrative Assistant at Traditions Hospitality Group, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our administrative functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our team.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings and events.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks to maintain accurate and organized files and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as necessary.
- Order office supplies, equipment, and other materials, ensuring adequate stock levels and managing vendor relationships.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and documents.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents, as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge.
- Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
